  • Click on the Firefox menu icon, which is usually 3 horizontal bars.
  • Select "Options"
  • Select the "Privacy" icon in the left panel.
  • Under the History heading, change "Firefox will:" to "Remember history".
  • Restart Firefox to affect the changes.

Google Chrome 43.0+

  • Click the menu icon, which is usually 3 horizontal bars.
  • Select "Settings"
  • Near the bottom of the page, select "Show advanced settings"
  • Under the privacy section, select "Content Settings"
  • Select "Allow local data to bet set (recommended)".
  • Select "Done".

Microsoft Internet Explorer 9.0+

  • Click the Tools icon, which looks like a little gear.
  • Select "Internet Options" from the Toools menu.
  • Click the "Privacy" tab.
  • Under the Settings header, adjust the slider downward some, or to the bottom, to allow more/all cookies.
  • Click "OK".
  • Restart Internet Explorer

If you have any further problems under Internet Explorer make sure that session cookies are enabled, as this is sometimes the cause of the problem:

  • Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
  • Click on the Privacy Tab
  • Click the "Advanced" button
  • Check the "Override automatic cookie handling" checkbox.
  • Check the "Always allow session cookies" checkbox.
  • Click "OK"
  • Click on the Security Tab
