- Click on the Firefox menu icon, which is usually 3 horizontal bars.
- Select "Options"
- Select the "Privacy" icon in the left panel.
- Under the History heading, change "Firefox will:" to "Remember history".
- Restart Firefox to affect the changes.

- Click the menu icon, which is usually 3 horizontal bars.
- Select "Settings"
- Near the bottom of the page, select "Show advanced settings"
- Under the privacy section, select "Content Settings"
- Select "Allow local data to bet set (recommended)".
- Select "Done".
- Click the Tools icon, which looks like a little gear.
- Select "Internet Options" from the Toools menu.
- Click the "Privacy" tab.
- Under the Settings header, adjust the slider downward some, or to the bottom, to allow more/all cookies.
- Click "OK".
- Restart Internet Explorer
If you have any further problems under Internet Explorer make sure that session cookies are enabled, as this is sometimes the cause of the problem:
- Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
- Click on the Privacy Tab
- Click the "Advanced" button
- Check the "Override automatic cookie handling" checkbox.
- Check the "Always allow session cookies" checkbox.
- Click "OK"
- Click on the Security Tab
